The patient was concerned that her eyes lacked definition and wanted them to look visibly brighter while creating a distinct eyelid crease so she could easily wear eyeshadow; this was corrected with an Asian blepharoplasty to carefully shape a natural upper eyelid fold, opening up her gaze and creating the desired lid space.
