The patient was concerned that she looked older and tired all the time due to heavy, drooping upper eyelids and a hollow, sunken look under her eyes; this was corrected with an upper blepharoplasty to remove the drooping skin above the eyes, combined with a lower blepharoplasty to smooth out the hollow areas below the eyes for a completely refreshed look.
